Wild Wikis

Had a look at the suggested wikis for this week and like the idea that any member of the community can go in and add or edit, making it a real collaborative affair. Wikis could be useful in the library, such as in the form of subject guides where people can add resources they've found useful or allowing students to post reviews for books they're read, enabling other users to get a better idea of whether the book will suit their needs.

I agree, Wikis do appear to offer some degree of interactive communication between the library and its customers, and betweeen customers as you have suggested.
